Noe stainless steel knocker
There are several gestures we make when holding a bottle of wine: we store, open, pour, hold and cool. Giulio Iacchetti is the designer of a unique collection of objects, the Noè series, an object for every gesture. Thanks to its ample proportions and the series of compartments dotted along the upper edge, the Noè wine cooler can hold up to five bottles of wine or two magnums. Although this type of wine cooler was already used in the Renaissance (you can see something similar in the paintings of the time) it is inspired by the mistletoe of the French wine tradition.
