Shipping and delivery

Return policy
You can return the products in the following situations:

2. ORDER

Adding a product to the shopping cart without completing the order does not entail the registration of an order and, implicitly, neither the automatic reservation of the product.

3. DEFINITIONS

Conclusion of the sales contract - The order made by the buyer is an act with legal effects, under the condition of confirmation and acceptance of the order by the seller. 5. ORDER PROCESSING
After registering your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Orders received by 12 noon are usually processed on the same day or the next business day. The products are usually delivered within 7-14 working days. Although 98% of the products are always in stock, exceptionally, the delivery time can be extended.

6. DELIVERY
Shipping is free.
For the products in the showroom, the delivery in Bucharest and in the country lasts between 3-4 working days. For the products in the manufacturers' stock, the delivery takes between 7-14 working days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is at least 30 working days, depending on the manufacturer. The delivery of the products in the showroom is done through the Fan Courier courier service. If you are not available for delivery, you will receive a notification. If the delivery is not made within the estimated time, please contact us to expedite the delivery. The delivery of the products in the producers' stock is done through the service of an international courier company.
Credit card - This payment method is completely secure. If the transaction is authorized, payment is made immediately and the purchased products will be delivered within 7-14 business days, if in stock.
Payment order - This type of payment is made only based on the proforma invoice sent by IDA (SC Simex Development S.R.L.) to the e-mail address associated with the account from which the order is placed.
The delivery of the products is made after the confirmation of the payment of the proforma issued in the account specified in the document.
8. WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
The warranty is taken into account from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer and is 6 months. The seller is responsible for all defects in the product present on the date of delivery or which appear within the warranty period. A notification must be made by e-mail or telephone, to the address or telephone number specified in the "About Us" section of this site. The customer will be reimbursed the value of the product in a bank account communicated by him. The notification must contain a description of the claimed defect and a copy of the invoice (or any other document proving the purchase). Any notification will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours and the client will be informed about the findings made. The notification regarding the found defects will be processed without any delay, unless the parties have agreed otherwise. The seller will communicate to the buyer the term and the way of processing the notification, including the confirmation of the necessary repairs and their duration, or, if applicable, the written motivation of the refusal to comply with the request.
10. PRICES AND OFFERS
All prices include VAT are final. Prices are those from the date of ordering the products, regardless of any subsequent changes in prices.
