SHIPPING

Shipping is free of charge within 1500 km of Milan (±50 km).

You can find out if you qualify for free shipping using Google Maps.

The delivery of the products in the manufacturers' stock is carried out by an international courier company.

For products in stock at the manufacturer, the delivery takes between 7-14 business days. For products not in stock, the delivery time is at least 30 working days, depending on the manufacturer. At the time of sending your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation containing details of the courier company and the package number.

ORDER

The buyer can place orders by adding the product(s) to the shopping cart and following the steps to enter the contact and delivery details and select the payment method. Adding a product to the shopping cart if the order is not completed does not result in the registration of an order and, implicitly, the automatic reservation of the product.

Once completed, the order details can be checked both in the attachment of the confirmation message and in the Orders section of the user account on our website.

By finishing the order, the buyer agrees that all the data provided, necessary for the purchase process, is accurate, complete and true.

Acceptance of the order occurs when the invoice is issued.

Changing or Canceling Your Order:

If you change your mind and you do not want a product you ordered anymore, or you want a product other than the one you ordered, or you do not want any of the ordered products, please let us know within 24 hours.

Please note working days are Monday through Friday during hours of business (11am to 5pm), exlcuding national holidays.

PURCHASE GUIDE

You can place your order online on our website or by message.

View the product you want to purchase on the website, check the colors, materials and prints available, if applicable, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can add as many items as you like to your order.

Once you have selected all the products you want to order, finish the order.

You can complete the order without creating an account. However, we advise you to create an account to check the order status and accelerate future purchases.

After completing the first steps, namely choosing the product and placing it in your shopping cart, fill out the delivery details, select the desired payment method and, after reviewing the order, click on the "Submit my order" button.

Within 24 hours at most, you will be contacted by an IDASHOP.com representative by e-mail or by phone to confirm the order.
